LETTER OF CO-OPERATION WITH SAAMBOU BANK
A letter must be submitted to Saambou Bank on the Employer's Letterhead with the following information contained in it:

We hereby confirm that:

1. (Name of Company) will co-operate with Saambou Bank in respect of the promotion and administration of the loan scheme amongst the Employees of the Employer; and will allow (Name/s of Sunwil Agents) access to our premises and to our Employees at such times and subject to such reasonable requirements as may be arranged with or prescribed by us from time to time.

2. We shall upon the receipt of the Employee's written instruction deposit the Employee's monthly nett pay into his/her designated account with Saambou Bank; however we shall not be obliged to make such deposit in respect of any Employee from whom we are legally entitled to withhold payment.

3 We are aware of the fact that the Employee has signed a contract with Saambou Bank whereby he/she undertakes not to change his/her written instruction (as referred to in paragraph 2) and therefore we shall await Saambou Bank's written consent in the event of the Employee requesting such change before the implementation thereof.

4. We shall not be held responsible for the debt of anyone of the Employees who have taken up loans with Saambou Bank.
